How our customer reviews work

The reviews shown on stick-me.fr ("Customer reviews" page, home page and product pages) are collected and published by Stick Me with its own tool. As required by the French Consumer Code (article L111-7-2), this page explains who can leave a review, how reviews are checked, what is displayed and what you receive in return.

Who can leave a review?

• Only customers who placed an order on stick-me.fr can leave a review. 3 days after delivery, you receive an email with a personal link to the form.
• All customers are invited, whether satisfied or not. One review per order.
• It is not possible to leave a review without an order: all our reviews carry the "Verified purchase" label.

How are reviews checked?

• Every review is read by the Stick Me team before publication, usually within 48 hours.
• The text is never edited. A review is never rejected because of its rating: negative reviews are published just like positive ones.
• A blurry photo, one unrelated to the stickers ordered or showing recognisable people may not be published; the review is then published without it.

A review can only be rejected if it contains:

• insulting, defamatory or discriminatory remarks;
• personal data (phone, address, email…);
• content unrelated to the order or the product;
• advertising or spam;
• or if it was written by someone linked to Stick Me or to a competitor.

If a review is rejected, its author is informed by email with the reason.

What is displayed

• the rating out of 5 and the review text;
• the first name and initial of the last name (the author can change them);
• where the stickers were stuck, if provided, and the photos;
• the date of the review and the product ordered;
• any reply from the team, signed "Stick Me reply".

Display order: reviews highlighted by the team, then reviews with photos, then from newest to oldest. A "With photos" filter is available. The average rating is calculated on all published reviews, without weighting.

Reviews stay online indefinitely. You can ask for your review to be edited or removed at any time through the contact page.

What you receive in return

Reviews with at least one photo of your stickers are rewarded with a personal discount code, sent by email after approval. The reward depends neither on the rating nor on the content of the review: only a published photo counts. Reviews without a photo are published in the same way, without a reward.

Unique personal code, valid 60 days on your next order, single use, cannot be combined with another promo code. Rewarded reviews carry the "Rewarded review" label.
