TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE - STICK ME
1. Object
These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of personalized products offered by "Stick Me" on its website. They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales.
2. Products
All products sold by "Stick Me" are personalized items, created specifically according to the instructions provided by the customer (design, text, colors, etc.). Given the unique nature of each product, they are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defect or non-compliance with the original order.
3. Orders
Any order placed on the "Stick Me" website implies acceptance of these T&Cs. The customer agrees to provide accurate information for the personalization of the products. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices of the products are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), and do not include shipping costs. Payment is made by credit card or any other method offered on the site at the time of the order. The order will be processed after the payment is validated.
5. Delivery
The products are shipped to the address provided when placing the order. "Stick Me" strives to meet the estimated delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs are calculated based on the customer’s address and the weight of the order.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products. Once the product personalization process has started, the customer cannot cancel the order, except in cases of defective or non-compliant products.
7. Claims and Warranties
In the event of a defective product or one that does not comply with the order, the customer must contact "Stick Me" customer service within 14 days of receiving the order, providing a detailed description of the problem and supporting evidence (photos, etc.). After verification, "Stick Me" will either replace or refund the defective product.
The products sold are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity and latent defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
8. Liability
"Stick Me" cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the improper use of the products ordered. Moreover, "Stick Me" shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of business, or loss of profits.
9. Data Protection
The personal information collected during the order is necessary for its processing. This information is kept confidential and used only in the context of the business relationship. In accordance with the French Data Protection Law, the customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the "Stick Me" website (texts, images, graphics, logos) are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
